肥胖对育龄女性生育能力影响的研究进展

摘要

肥胖严重影响着女性健康，尤其是对育龄女性的生育能力可能有一系列负面影响。育龄期的肥胖妇女大多表现为月经失调、排卵稀发和雄激素过多等。肥胖能够导致内分泌改变、改变代谢途径及其在靶器官的作用水平从而引起不孕,也是引起多囊卵巢综合征、高雄激素和代谢异常的关键因素。多囊卵巢综合征（以下简称PCOS）是不孕的主要原因之一，许多PCOS的女性也合并超重或肥胖。故通过减轻体重可改善性激素紊乱、调节内分泌，同时提高肥胖女性生育力。
