TNF-α在骨关节炎中的表达意义

摘要

骨性关节炎（osteoarthritis，OA）是一种以关节软骨退行性变和继发性骨质增生为特征的慢性关节疾病。该疾病可累及整个关节，包括关节软骨、滑膜和关节囊。骨关节炎的病因尚未明晰，它的发展和发生是一种渐进、长期的慢性病理过程。目前认为细胞因子在骨关节炎的发生发展中起到了很重要的作用，通过各种途径和机制介导软骨破坏和滑膜损伤。论文针对TNF-α在骨关节炎发病过程中的作用作一综述，以期为骨关节炎的预防和诊疗提供新思路。
