多囊卵巢综合征病理生理及相关致病基因研究进展

摘要

多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是一种复杂的异质性内分泌疾病，其特征为临床或实验室高雄激素血症、少排卵和代谢异常，包括胰岛素抵抗、超重或肥胖、二型糖尿病、血脂异常和心血管疾病风险增加。PCOS最显著的临床表现是高雄激素血症。值得注意的是，PCOS是异质性的，高雄激素血症不是唯一的致病因素。肥胖和胰岛素抵抗加剧了高雄激素血症的症状，形成了促进PCOS发展的恶性循环。此外，PCOS有明显的家族聚集现象,从遗传学研究推测该病为一种多基因病,其候选基因涉及高雄激素相关基因、胰岛素作用相关基因和慢性炎症因子等。论文总结了以前和最近关于多囊卵巢综合征发病机制及该病可能的致病基因的研究。
