胎盘组织中白细胞介素15的表达及其与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系研究

摘要

目的：探讨胎盘组织中白细胞介素15（IL-15）的表达及其与妊娠期高血压疾病患者发病的关系。方法：选取2016年1月至2019年6月在浙江省中西医结合医院住院分娩的妊娠期高血压孕妇85例为妊娠期高血压疾病组，同时选取正常妊娠孕妇85例作为健康对照组。免疫组化SP法检测两组胎盘组织中IL-15的定位表达，蛋白印迹法检测两组胎盘组织中IL-15的蛋白的表达水平。结果：妊娠期高血压孕妇和健康对照组孕妇胎盘组织中均有IL-15蛋白的表达，妊娠期高血压组和健康对照组孕妇胎盘组织中IL-15蛋白的表达水平分别0.82±0.19及0.56±0.23，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：IL-15在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇的胎盘组织中表达明显升高，可能对妊娠期高血压疾病的发病过程起到一定的促进作用。
