雄激素性脱发患者疾病认知及其生活质量的研究现状

摘要

雄激素性脱发（Androgenetic alopecia，AGA）是最常见的脱发形式之一。毛发进行性减少通常于青春期和青春期后发生，影响个人形象，同时大部分患者对雄激素性脱发存在负性的疾病认知，从而导致不科学的心理应对机制，严重影响患者的生活质量及精神心理情况。论文通过查阅归纳文献，介绍了目前雄激素性脱发相关的疾病认知及生活质量研究现状，以期临床上重视疾病认知教育，减少心理并发症发生，提高治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量。
