PDCA管理模式在提高门诊护理质量中的临床价值分析

摘要

目的：分析在门诊护理过程中实施PDCA管理模式的效果。方法：本研究在不同时段开展不同的管理模式，2020年上半年实施常规管理，所得数据为对照组，下半年实施PDCA管理模式，所得数据为观察组，比较护理人员、患者对两种不同管理模式的满意程度，比较两组护理风险事件的发生率。结果：观察组护理风险事件的发生率明显低于对照组，患者、护理人员对风险护理管理模式的满意程度更高，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：将PDCA管理模式应用于门诊护理过程中效果显著，能够有效预防护理风险事件的发生，提高工作的质量和效率，临床应用价值高，值得在临床上广泛应用。
