Research on Educational Path of College Tai Chi Curriculum Integrated with Sports Mental Health
Abstract
At present, Tai Ji Chuan has been widely offered in colleges and universities as an elective course or a compulsory course, which is welcomed by students. However, influenced by the traditional sports concept of "technical standard", most Tai Chi courses still focus on mastering the simplified 24-style routines, focusing on the standardization of movements but rarely involving psychological experience guidance. The teaching mode of "demonstration-imitation-repeated practice" makes students fall into mechanical skills training, and it is difficult to understand the connotation of Tai Ji Chuan's homology of body and mind, which leads to a serious waste of mental health education resources. Under this background, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the educational path of Tai Chi course in colleges and universities into sports mental health, and to turn skill-oriented teaching into physical and mental co-education mode, which will enrich the physical education and mental health education system in colleges and universities and improve the mental health level of college students.
