Abstract

This paper delves into the impact of urban subway construction and operation on regional commercial development. From an industrial and commercial management perspective, it analyzes the multifaceted effects of subway construction and operation (up to March 2025) in Chengdu on business clustering, consumer behavior changes, and commercial innovation. It highlights the challenges faced and proposes targeted management strategies. By combining data collection, field research, and in-depth analysis, it provides theoretical and practical guidance for the coordinated development of urban rail transit and commercial activities.
