Research on the Synergistic Mechanism of Venture Capital and Strategic Management in the Digital Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

Abstract

In the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem, the synergistic mechanism of venture capital and strategic management is the key to driving the growth of entrepreneurial enterprises. From the perspective of two-way interaction, this paper systematically analyzes how venture capital expands the strategic option set of entrepreneurial enterprises and guides the focus and dynamic calibration of their strategic directions through resource injection and governance participation. Meanwhile, it explores how the strategic execution capability, learning ability and market validation behavior of entrepreneurial enterprises reversely affect the decision-making logic and post-investment support methods of venture capital. The study finds that both parties gradually form a two-way adaptation mechanism in the "expectation-behavior-feedback-recalibration" cycle, and promote the evolution of governance mode from control-oriented to empowerment-oriented to achieve in-depth coupling of resources and strategies. A comparative analysis of multiple cases further reveals the typical paths presented by the "resource-strategy" matching and "governance-learning" interaction. This research can provide practical enlightenment for entrepreneurial enterprises to optimize their financing strategies and for venture capital to improve post-investment efficiency, and also contribute a theoretical perspective to understanding the synergistic evolution mechanism of the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.
