Practice and Innovation of Supply Chain Management in Petrochemical Enterprises

Abstract

This paper focuses on supply chain management in petrochemical enterprises, aiming to explore its significance and innovative approaches. First, it elucidates the critical role of supply chain management in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening market adaptability, and promoting sustainable development. Subsequently, four practical and innovative pathways are proposed: establishing a full-chain digital management system to achieve information transparency and intelligent decision-making; advancing green supply chain practices to balance economic benefits with environmental responsibilities; deepening collaborative innovation to build an open and mutually beneficial industrial ecosystem; and strengthening supply chain risk management to ensure business continuity and stability. Through these studies, the paper provides theoretical references and practical guidance for optimizing supply chain management in petrochemical enterprises, helping them enhance competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
