商务英语专业学生跨文化交际能力培养研究

摘要

跨文化交际能力作为商务英语专业人才培养的核心目标之一愈来愈重要。但目前不少商务英语专业的大学生欠缺跨文化交际能力。针对这一问题，论文通过综合国际研究成果，尝试从认知、情感和行为三个跨文化交际构成要素着手，并从课程设置、教学手段方法、教师队伍建设、测评机制四个方面提出相应的培养途径，希望能为商务英语专业跨文化交际教学和研究提供有益参考。
