“8020计划”背景下中国枣庄市社区老年人口腔健康知识认知行为研究

摘要

论文基于世界卫生组织（WHO）提出“8020”计划，通过调查问卷形式，研究了中国枣庄市社区老年人口腔健康知识认知行为，发现枣庄地区老年人定期口腔检查比例较低，大多数老年人并未意识到自己的口腔疾病。同时，部分老年人口腔卫生状况较差，易引发老年人的牙龈、牙周多存在病灶，危害老年人口腔健康。其中，小于50岁开始牙齿脱落的老年人，达到了25.9%，缺失6颗以上牙齿的老年人为24.2%，且部分老年人尚未进行补全，影响其正常生活；69.3%的老年人认为口腔诊疗费用偏高，口腔诊疗费用全部由个人承担的达到了一半以上，口腔诊疗费用成为老年人的负担，尤其是没有退休金的老年人群体，成为老年人积极诊疗口腔疾病的阻碍之一。因此，对老年人开展口腔保健知识教育，帮助他们建立健康的生活方式和行为习惯，对实现“8020”计划及预防和控制口腔疾病具有重要意义。
