行为分析策略在教师教学中的应用

摘要

以学生发展为主体的教学观以及课堂中的新问题给教师和教学带来了挑战。教师通过行为分析策略能够帮助学生塑造正确行为,对学生的发展起着重要的作用。尽管已经有学者研究了课堂环境与行为分析的关系,但是从教师的角度出发对分析该策略在教学中的应用和教师的做法或许更能体现其现实性。行为分析策略如何促进教学的有效进行以及该策略的意义能帮助学生掌握知识的研究对课堂效果的提高、教学方法的完善和教师的发展具有积极意义。
