神经外科专业学位研究生介入技能培养体系构建的思考与探索

摘要

神经外科专业学位研究生缺乏系统介入技能培训，按照多能一专的人才培养规格，突出专业技能培养，由经验丰富的神经介入医师带教，重视脑血管理论教学及介入实践，全方位提高技能水平，初步构建神经介入培训体系。
