中职计算机类课程“产教融合、校企合作”人才培养模式实践与研究

摘要

“产教融合，校企合作”的人才培养模式是一种以就业为导向，以校企合作和实践基地建设为基础，以提高学生的专业素质、实践能力和专业技能为核心的课程模式。在这种模式下建立校企合作的长效机制，是要建立以专业共建、人才共建和共同承担的校企合作的深度融合。论文从中国中职教育的现状分析入手，依据《国家中长期教育改革和发展纲要（2010—2020年）》和《国务院关于加快发展职业教育的决定》等文件，以培养复合型和创新型的技术技能人才为目标，提出中职院校必须加快推进“产教融合、校企合作”人才培养模式改革。对在现行体制无法改变的情况下，如何通过机制创新，实施“产教融合、校企合作”人才培养模式改革的具体措施进行了初步探索。
